โปรแกรม ADAPT Modeler เป็นโปรแกรมในการสร้างกราฟิก 3 มิติ ทั้งระบบโครงสร้างพื้นอาคาร โดยสามารถสร้าง จุดรองรับ (Support) น้ำหนักกระทำต่างๆได้ง่าย และรวดเร็ว โดยโมเดลที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นสามารถส่งไปคำนวณในโปรแกรม ADAPT-RC สำหรับอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก และ ADAPT PT สำหรับพื้นคอนกรีตอัดแรง (Post Tenstion) และคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ด้วยวิธี Equivalent Frame หรือ โปรแกรม ADAPT Floor Pro สำหรับการคำนวณแบบ 3 มิติด้วยวิธี Finite Element Method
โปรแกรม ADAPT Modeler เป็นโปรแกรมที่สามารถทำงานร่วมกับโปรแกรม Autocad Revit Structure 2010 รุ่นล่าสุดได้ ทำให้วิศวกรโครงสร้างสามารถดึงข้อมูลจากโปรแกรม Revit Structure มาทำการวิเคราะห์ออกแบบพื้นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก และ คอนกรีตอัดแรงได้ง่ายยิ่งขึ้น
- สามารถสร้างโมเดลโครงสร้าง 3 มิติ ทั้งระบบพื้นอาคารได้จาก
- ไฟล์ DWG/DXF , หรือ
- ใช้ Component Technology ของโปรแกรมที่จะไปดึงค่ามาจากโปรแกรมอื่นที่รองรับ
- โมเดลพื้น steps บน and ลา่งพื้นอาคาร คานช่องเปิด หัวเสา drop caps และ drop panels
- สามารถที่จะเลือกวางเสา และผนังได้ทุกที่ลงบนโมเดลอาคาร โดยไม่ต้องสร้าง Mesh มาไว้ล่วงหน้า ทำให้สามารถโมเดลพื้นได้ง่าย
- สามารถใช้เม้าส์คลิกตำแหน่งต่างๆของผนัง ได้ในโมเดลอาคาร
- สามารถใช้คำสั่งที่ได้ออกแบบไว้โดยเฉพาะ (wizard) ทำให้ใช้งานได้ง่าย

- สามารถสร้างข้อมูลอัตโนมัติของโครงสร้างพื้นอาคาร เพื่อไปเข้ากับโปรแกรม ดังนี้
- สามารถลิงค์กับโปรแกรม ADAPT-RC เพื่อคำนวณคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (RC) หรือ
- ลิงค์กับโปรแกรม ADAPT-PT สำหรับคำนวณคอนกรีตอัดแรง (Post-Tension)
