CoSign Digital Signature
โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์และกระบวนการดำเนินธุรกิจจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องมีการอนุมัติเอกสาร เพื่อให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ จากเดิมเราทำเป็นเอกสารกระดาษแล้วเซ็นต์ลายเซ็นต์ของตนเพื่อยืนยันว่าเอกสารนั้นถูกต้อง

แต่การดำเนินงานในปัจจุบันจำเป็นจะต้องทำงานได้รวดเร็ว ด้วยต้นทุนที่ต่ำเพื่อให้มีขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กรที่สูงขึ้น จำเป็นจะต้องเปลี่ยนกระบวนการทำงานเป็นเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Digital Paper / Paperless) เพื่อให้สามารถจัดเก็บได้ง่าย ไม่เปลืองค่าพื้นที่ในการกองเก็บเป็นเวลา 10 ปี ตามกฎหมายกำหนด ซึ่งหมายถึงต้นทุนที่เพิ่มขึ้นโดยมองไม่เห็น การค้นหานำมาใช้งานหรือยืนยันจำเป็นจะต้องค้นหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยเฉพาะหากมีปริมาณเอกสารจำนวนมาก หลายผู้อนุมัติ หลายผู้ใช้งาน และหลายๆ แผนก เอกสารที่เป็นกระดาษนั้นยากในการค้นหาเป็นอย่างมาก

การใช้เอกสารเป็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อให้ง่ายในการจัดพิมพ์ จัดเก็บ และค้นหา จึงกลายเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น และการทำให้เอกสารที่ได้รับการอนุมัติว่าเป็นเอกสารชุดเดียวกันกับที่ได้ตรวจสอบอนุมัตินั้น จึงกลายเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น เพื่อให้ผู้นำไปใช้งานสามารถนำเอาเอกสารไปทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง โปรแกรม CoSign รุ่น Central เป็นระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้เครื่องฮาร์ดแวร์ (Appliance) และซอฟท์แวร์ที่ออกแบบมาสำหรับใช้งานสำหรับองค์กรโดยเฉพาะ
